How we got here
The firm began with a handful of clients who wanted one thing their previous advisors could not offer: a straight answer, quickly. That expectation still shapes how we staff engagements and how we write.
Today the practice covers assurance, direct and indirect tax, accounting support and advisory work — deliberately kept under one roof, because compliance questions rarely stay inside one discipline.
We stay intentionally mid-sized. Large enough to cover a group audit, small enough that Kiran still reads every file.
Who you will be working with
Thalaka Kiran Kumar Reddy
Kiran founded the practice and leads every engagement personally — assurance, direct and indirect tax, and departmental representation. He works closely with founders and business owners on structuring, compliance design and the decisions that follow from the numbers.
A team of qualified and semi-qualified accountants supports the delivery, but the review and the advice stay with him.
